A Romantic Elopement in Paris

Paris, the city of love, it’s the perfect place to do your romantic elopement like Céline an Ezrial did during winter time.

Winter elopement story

Intimacy, Paris and blue tones. There are the words Anaïde, the planner of this elopement used to built a romantic moment for this couple. Coming all the way from the states Céline and Ezrial wanted to get married in the city of love. This place has a special meaning to them because it’s where they’ve met couple years ago.

Winter was the perfect season for them, not so crowded but with beautiful lights as the city is getting ready for christmas.

The magic of the night

Of course during winter the sun is going doing down pretty fast. But, it was the vibes of the planner and the couple wanted. So, Céline and Ezrial got ready in their Air BnB late afternoon. This allowed the planner and designer to install everything during the morning.

As soon as they were ready, they did a little ceremony at the apartment and we walk outside to take some picture while the sun was still here. During this time, the planner and designer set a table at the apartment for romantic moment.

We came back as the night was setting in. Céline and Ezrial had a lovely diner and even a first dance as a married couple.

Now came the time Céline was the most excited of. Walking in nighty Paris.

So we went back outside to take beautiful night photo of them. They were like kids at christmas, exploring and enjoying the quite beautiful streets of Paris.

The photography challenge

As a photographer who doesn’t like to work with flash, it was a challenge for me this night part. But after all, I am pretty happy with the results. I just follow the couple and planner desire and adapt my technic. It was a pure join stepping out my confort zone and do this event.
